Biodanza Cocreating Agreements - workshop

In this workshop we will work with biodanza, visualizations, art therapy and agreements to co-create the life we want to live.
Through music and movement the Biodanza allows us to release, activate and develop our potentials as human beings.
We will connect with creativity, one of the potential inherent to the human being.
We will work the connection with our creative center, which allows us to create agreements with ourselves, our family, friends, couple, and the world around us.
Sometimes we are not aware of these agreements, we do not even know they exist, and can sabotage our lives, not allowing us to live to the full. By making them aware we can change them and allow us to create new agreements for all our relationships.
In the workshop we will work and co-create agreements to live the life we want to live.

For the workshop we will need:
A candle
A notebook for drawing and writing
Pen or pencil
Colors to paint
Glue stick

En este taller trabajaremos con biodanza, visualizaciones, arte terapia y acuerdos para co-crear la vida que queremos vivir.
A través de la música y el movimiento la Biodanza nos permite liberar, activar y desarrollar nuestros potenciales como seres humanos.
Conectaremos con la creatividad, uno de los potenciales inherentes al ser humano.
Trabajaremos la conexión con nuestro centro creativo, que nos permite crear acuerdos con nosotros mismos, nuestra familia, amigos, pareja, y con el mundo que nos rodea.
A veces no somos conscientes de estos acuerdos, ni siquiera sabemos que existen, y pueden llegar a sabotear nuestra vida, no permitiéndonos vivir a plenitud. Al hacerlos conscientes podemos cambiarlos y permitir crear nuevos acuerdos para todas nuestras relaciones.
En el taller trabajaremos y co-crearemos acuerdos para vivir la vida que queramos vivir.

Para el taller necesitaremos:
Una veladora
Una libreta para dibujar y escribir
Pluma o lápiz
Colores para pintar
Barra de pegamento (prit)
