Vendela Vida’s sixth novel has created a sensation. It’s a mystery involving two likeable teens, set on the oceanfront in San Francisco. The NY Times called it “a gripping mystery and a tribute to the wonders of youth.” Vida is a founding editor of The Believer, a bimonthly literature, arts, and culture magazine.

She will be in conversation with Christopher Bollen, a former editor of Interview Magazine, himself a novelist with a new book entitled A Beautiful Crime, which a reviewer called “a compelling take on the eternal question of how good people morph into criminals.”
