Posadas Program Schedule

As in previous years, there will be nine Posadas that begin on December 16th and end on December 24th. They all begin at 6:00 pm from the Church where they stayed the previous day.
The first will leave the parish of St. Michael the Archangel towards the temple of San Francisco. On their way they will visit different temples, squares and streets that the shepherd José and the Virgin Mary will cross in an allegorical car.
Paulina Cadena, director of Culture and Traditions, said that all citizens and merchants in areas where public inns will tour, have been invited to collaborate with participants and provide of punch, tamales and sweets to make this tradition a wonderful experience for all.
In addition, two nativity scenes with images of Mary and St. Joseph will be placed, one of them in the kiosk at El Jardin, by Ángeles Almanza and another in Plaza Civica by Hermes Arroyo.
These are the routes for this year:
Monday 16th December
It departs from the parish of San Miguel Arcángel to the Temple of San Francisco.
Tuesday, December 17
It leaves from the Temple of San Francisco to the Temple of Health.
Wednesday, December 18
It leaves from the Temple of Health to the Temple of the Immaculate Conception (The Nuns).
Thursday 19 December
It leaves from the Temple of the Nuns to the Parish of San Antonio de Padua.
Friday 20 December
It leaves from the parish of San Antonio to the Temple of San Juan de Dios.
Saturday 21 December
It leaves from the Temple of St. John of God to the Temple of the Oratory,
Sunday 22 December
It leaves from the Temple of the Oratory to the Colony Aurora (Herradura).
Monday, December 23rd
It leaves the Aurora Colony to the Temple of Santa Ana.
Tuesday, December 24th
It leaves from the Temple of Santa Ana to the Kiosk of the Main Garden.

Horario del Programa de Posadas
Como en años anteriores, habrá nueve Posadas que comenzarán el 16 de diciembre y finalizarán el 24 de diciembre. Todos comienzan a las 6:00pm desde la Iglesia donde se quedaron el día anterior.
El primero saldrá de la parroquia de San Miguel Arcángel hacia el templo de San Francisco. En el camino visitarán diferentes templos, plazas y calles que el pastor José y la Virgen María cruzarán en un automóvil alegórico.
Paulina Cadena, directora de Cultura y Tradiciones, dijo que todos los ciudadanos y comerciantes en las áreas donde visitarán las posadas públicas, han sido invitados a colaborar con los participantes y proporcionar ponche, tamales y dulces para hacer de esta tradición una experiencia maravillosa para todos.
Además, se colocarán dos belenes con imágenes de María y San José, uno en el quiosco de El Jardín, de Ángeles Almanza y otro en la Plaza Cívica de Hermes Arroyo.

Sale de la parroquia de San Antonio al Templo de San Juan de Dios.

Sale del Templo de San Juan de Dios al Templo del Oratorio,
Domingo 22 diciembre
Sale del Templo del Oratorio a la Colonia Aurora (Herradura).
Lunes 23 de diciembre
Sale de la Colonia Aurora al Templo de Santa Ana.
Martes 24 de diciembre
Sale del Templo de Santa Ana al Quiosco del Jardín Principal.
