Whilst not many people know what “panic attack” is, we all are familiar with STRESS and feel its impact in our daily life. Anywhere from corporate world to small business, from social interaction to intimacy, from dine-out to sleep time, stress dulls our awareness, ruins our balance, our rational thinking and our capacity to enjoy.

My name is Yana Kazbekova, I am a multicultural yogini with 6000 hrs of international teaching experience. First of all however, I am a human being who lived with severe anxiety, insomnia and chronic stress for two decades of life. I went all the way from a wheelchair and prescription drugs addiction, to becoming a yogini on a mission, traveling teacher and a healing professional.

Join me for a journey through the 12-STEP EVOLUTION OF FEELING on our way to healing.

“Making Peace with Anxiety” is a hands-on EXPERIENCE, where I bring together my personal insight, yoga movement, pranayama and brain stimulation techniques, suggested by neuroscience as an effective non-invasive approach to the treatment of anxiety, panic and stress disorders. The energy of the group and my close guidance provide a safe space for you to introspect, embrace your fears and TRUST.

Yana Kazbekova E-RYT500 is a trilingual yogini born in Siberia, who holds a degree in Spanish Linguistic and counts with 6000 hours of international yoga teaching experience. Since young age she’s been traveling and learning spiritual traditions in several parts of her country and the world. After having lived with severe anxiety for a couple of decades of life, Yana found cure in the world of yoga, pranayama, brain rewiring and intuitive healing.

Yana Kazbekova is a creator of Balance For Life Program for adults and seniors. She has brought her workshops to California, Texas, Washington, Arizona, Ukraine, Mexico and South America.
