During this 90 minute workshop you and your partner (or friend/sibling/parent/neighbor etc.) will learn how to give each other a 30 minute chair massage! Don't have a partner to bring? Not to worry! You are welcome to register as a single participant!

Computer culture and high stress lifestyles have left many of us with chronic aches and pains. With this workshop you'll learn effective techniques to use in your daily life on yourself and your loved ones, reducing pain, anxiety, and stress!

Jocelynn Sunrise is a Mexican-American massage therapist trained in the United States and owner of Alma a Alma Holistic Bodywork here in SMA. She works with a diverse clientele ranging in age, race, gender-identity, physical abilities, MVAs and trauma survivors. She offers restorative, heart-forward modalities, such as craniosacral therapy and lomi lomi, in addition to more well-known styles like tui na, swedish and deep tissue
