The Holistic Herbal Workshop is an experimental course that will show you the ancient cosmovision of how thoughts and emotions can affect the physical body. With this knowledge, you will be able to prevent and treat diseases in a more holistic way. You will also learn how to safely prepare and use tinctures, microdoses, gels, and ointments to cover the basic needs of the family at home or while traveling.

Omar Piña is an Educational Psychologist, Holistic Herbal Healer, Advanced Pranic Healer and International Ontological Coach. He is Certified in Permaculture and Mindfulness Instruction. Originally from Mexico City, Omar has studied traditional Mexican medicine with native peoples, shamans, curanderos and rancheros throughout Mexico for many years. Omar is the author of the best-selling book, NAHOA.
