JourneyDance Ocean of Emotion

Dear San Miguel de Allende community, I introduce to you the JourneyDance classes; this is a sacred space where emotions and your beautiful, powerful authentic selves can experience movement and music.

These lessons are an invitation to dancing your emotions in and out of your body, to communicate with your mind and heart through different processes and, at times, interacting with the community around you. This is the possibility to release everything that no longer serves you and give space to newness of every kind.
