DESCRIPTION
Experiencing the essence and ancestral spirit, to walk the steps through the old Camino Real that has crossed the Frontier of the Earth for centuries is to live the essence and spirit of San Miguel de Allende, beyond the Spanish village.
Going to the origins of civilization, from the indigenous Mesoamerican (chupícuaro) around the most fertile land for corn, beans and zucchini and other quelites, of ancient tradition is daring to decipher the syncretic meaning of the so-called Chapels of Indians , ruins of farm haciendas and viceregal infrastructure for royal and horseshoe roads, opening their doors to the joy of the human spirit in contact with biodiversity, sculptural plastic art and with our companions: domestic animals, in harmony and sustainability.
Of course, this must be celebrated with an extraordinary gathering of traveling spirits in an exceptional place: the Laja River, next to the ruins of the old San Rafael Bridge, which is part of the 2010 UNESCO inventory, as a heritage asset of exception of the Cultural Itinerary of the Humanity: Camino Real de Tierra Adentro.
The feast of the senses will be in charge of the renowned chef Donnie Masterton, San Miguel restaurant: The Restaurant, accompanied by Mezcal Buen Viaje, for a privileged experience on the edge of the ancestral Rio Laja.

DESCRIPCION
Experimentar la esencia y espíritu ancestral, andar los pasos por al añejo Camino Real que ha cruzado por siglos la Frontera de la Tierra adentro es vivir la esencia y espíritu de San Miguel de Allende, más allá de la villa española.
Adentrarse a los orígenes de la civilización, desde los indígenas mesoamericanos (chupícuaro) en torno a las más norteñas tierras fértiles para el maíz, frijoles y calabacines y otros quelites, de milenaria tradición es atreverse a descifrar el significado sincrético de las llamadas Capillas de Indios, ruinas de cascos de haciendas, e infraestructura virreinal para caminos reales y de herradura, los cuales, hoy en día con espíritu abierto al mundo, abren sus puertas a la fiesta del espíritu humano en contacto con la biodiversidad, de la plástica escultórica con nuestro compañeros: animales domésticos, en armonía y sostenibilidad.
Desde luego, esto se debe celebrar con una extraordinaria reunión de espíritus viajeros en un lugar excepcional: el Río Laja, a un lado de las ruinas del antiguó Puente de San Rafael, el cuál es parte del inventario de la UNESCO 2010, como bien patrimonial de excepción del Itinerario Cultural de la Humanidad: Camino Real de Tierra Adentro.
La celebración de los sentidos estará a cargo del reconocido chef Donnie Masterton, del restaurante sanmiguelense: The Restaurant, acompañado del Mezcal Buen Viaje, para una privilegiada vivencia a la orilla del ancestral Río Laja.
