Refugees and Deportees Fundraising

This project helps support a Safe House in Celaya for refugees (and deportees) which provides food, shelter, emotional, psychological and medical support in a clean, caring, safe environment. Our goal is to provide 10,000 pesos monthly to cover the costs of food and utilities to keep the safe house functioning.

The second part of the project, “the tracks project” has volunteers who give food, backpacks, clothing, money and hygiene items to refugees who pass through San Miguel either on their journey to the US or to a new home in Mexico.
