Open Throat Chakra through Breath and Sound - workshop

Free the Divine Feminine by opening the throat chakra with the intent of enhancing self-expression. In this workshop you will develop skills for self-empowerment vibrationally with Tibetan bowls and through fun vocal practices to clear and balance the throat chakra followed by a breathing meditation to clear old patterns.
