In this workshop we explore the Chakras, non-physical vortices of energy in the body that express themselves on a physical, emotional and spiritual plane through the use of aromatherapy, asana, mantra, mudra and meditation to create a sense of opening, balance and harmony within. Learn how to use essential oils, their history, and application and much more.
Come with your questions and health goals and learn what your options are. Leave feeling a little more empowered to take responsibility for your health care naturally, safely and effectively!
