Crystal Symphony (Sinfonía de Cristal) is a bath of sacred sounds to harmonize your inner peace, an evening of harmonic and healing sounds, a sound immersion that will balance your energy and your vital force.
The session begins with a brief explanation of what sound therapy is, the difference between Tibetan singing bowls and quartz crystal bowls, how vibrational frequencies operate in the body, and why they are not only calming and relaxing, but also contribute to physical, mental, and emotional health and well-being.
After a series of breaths, participants will begin a guided relaxation process.
Participants may lie down or sit to receive the therapy. It is important to wear comfortable clothing and you may bring a blanket.

Un baño de sonidos sagrados para armonizar tu paz interior, una velada de sonidos armónicos y sanadores, una inmersión sonora que equilibrará tu energía y tu fuerza vital.
La sesión inicia con una breve explicación de lo que es la sonoterapia, la diferencia entre los cuencos cantores tibetanos y los de cristal de cuarzo, cómo operan las frecuencias vibratorias en el cuerpo y por qué no sólo son tranquilizantes y relajantes, sino que también contribuyen a la salud y bienestar físico, mental y emocional.
Tras una serie de respiraciones, los asistentes iniciarán un proceso de relajación guiado.
Los participantes pueden estar recostados o sentados para recibir la terapia. Es importante vestir ropa cómoda y se recomienda traer un cobertor o frazada.
