Grace and Glorie tells the touching story of two women from vastly different worlds who form an unexpected friendship in rural Virginia.
Grace, a strong-willed, terminally ill elderly woman, has returned to her beloved land to live out her final days. Gloria, a former high-powered New York executive turned hospice volunteer, arrives to care for her. Through their encounters, they share their histories, regrets, hopes, and humor — discovering compassion and lessons they never expected.
Written by Tom Ziegler, the play beautifully explores themes of mortality, forgiveness, resilience, and the quiet power of human connection. Featuring Judy Newell as Grace and Christie Cook as Glorie. Directed by Phoebe Greyson.

Ambientada en la zona rural de Virginia, la obra cuenta la historia de Grace, una mujer mayor, fuerte y decidida, con una enfermedad terminal, que regresa a su amada tierra para pasar sus últimos días, y Gloria, una exejecutiva neoyorquina convertida en voluntaria de hospicio. A lo largo de la obra, ambas mujeres, provenientes de mundos muy distintos, forman un vínculo inesperado al compartir sus historias, arrepentimientos, esperanzas y sentido del humor.
La obra de Tom Ziegler explora temas de mortalidad, perdón, resiliencia y la belleza de la bondad humana sencilla. Nos recuerda que incluso al final de la vida hay espacio para la alegría y el crecimiento.
