About the readers Amy Cotler has published short pieces in Guesthouse Literary Journal, Hamilton Stone Review, and more. Formerly a food writer and cookbook author and an early farm-to-table advocate, she now lives full time in San Miguel de Allende. More: http://www.amycotler.com/offerings/.
Leslie Korn has lived in México most of the last fifty years. Trained with curanderas in west-Mexico and at Harvard Medical School, she has written ten nonfiction books, made documentaries, and directs a nonprofit. More: https://drlesliekorn.com · https://cwis.org/.
Su Prevost was born near a bend of the Mississippi in Bulbancha (New Orleans). Her poetry springs from that landscape of wonder and heartbreak. She has taught ESL to refugees and immigrants and worked as a climate activist for communities in Cancer Alley. She now lives near the Picacho Mountains outside San Miguel de Allende.
Katy Grabel is an award-winning author, daughter of professional magicians Lee and Helen Grabel. Her work on stage magic appears in Writer’s Digest, She Writes, ZYZZYVA, and New Millennium Writings. Her memoir The Magician’s Daughter won multiple awards. She divides her time between Taos, New Mexico, and San Miguel de Allende.
Poetry & Prose Cafés presents local and visiting writers monthly through March and now gathers at Café Rama.

Leslie Korn ha vivido en México la mayor parte de los últimos cincuenta años. Se formó con curanderas en el occidente de México y en la Escuela de Medicina de Harvard. Su Prevost nació cerca de una curva del Mississippi en Bulbancha (Nueva Orleans). Su poesía surge de ese paisaje de asombro y desconsuelo. Ha enseñado inglés a refugiados e inmigrantes y fue activista climática en Cancer Alley. Vive en las faldas de los Picachos, cerca de San Miguel de Allende.
