With the next edition of “San Miguel and its Flavors”, San Miguel will offer its gastronomic talent to all its inhabitants and visitors.
The Municipal Administration, in partnership with the National Chamber of the Restaurant and Seasoned Food Industry (Canirac San Miguel de Allende), are ready for this gastronomic expo to captivate tourism.
Positioning The Best Small City in the World as a place that offers a great culinary variety in the Benito Juárez Park, “San Miguel and its Flavors” will delight the sanmiguelenses and its visitors with a unique tasting experience of the restaurant sector.
More than 30 exhibitors will put their best sample dishes, among which are: Momma, Garufa, Bella Italia, Cervecería Allende, Tres Marías, Cent’Anni, La Única, Lolita, Mar 13, La Chopería, De Castilla, among 19 others.
Tania Castillo, director of Municipal Tourism, stressed that the objective of these festivals is to promote and attract tourism: “all the events that we bring to San Miguel de Allende, we want the entire value chain to benefit, that is, this includes hotels, vineyards, markets, all restaurants, because just as they are three days we do not just want them to go one day and leave, if not to stay in San Miguel, because in the end San Miguel de Allende is not just his first painting, it has an infinity of attractions, which is also what we are positioning. San Miguel de Allende is no longer just a weekend destination, but it is a destination that gives for more days.”

La Administración Municipal, en colaboración con la Cámara Nacional de la Industria de Restaurantes y Alimentos Condimentados (Canirac San Miguel de Allende), está lista para que esta exposición gastronómica cautive al turismo.
Consolidando a la Mejor Ciudad Pequeña del Mundo como un lugar con una gran variedad culinaria en el Parque Benito Juárez, “San Miguel y sus Sabores” deleitará a los sanmiguelenses y a sus visitantes con una experiencia gastronómica única en el sector restaurantero.
Más de 30 expositores presentarán sus mejores platillos, entre ellos: Momma, Garufa, Bella Italia, Cervecería Allende, Tres Marías, Cent’Anni, La Única, Lolita, Mar 13, La Chopería, De Castilla, entre otros 19.
Tania Castillo, directora de Turismo Municipal, enfatizó que el objetivo de estos festivales es promover y atraer turismo: “Queremos que toda la cadena de valor se beneficie con todos los eventos que traemos a San Miguel de Allende, es decir, hoteles, viñedos, mercados y restaurantes. Porque, al ser tres días, no queremos que solo vayan un día y se vayan, sino que se queden en San Miguel. Al final, San Miguel de Allende no es solo su primer cuadro, sino que tiene una infinidad de atractivos, que es también lo que estamos posicionando. San Miguel de Allende ya no es solo un destino de fin de semana, sino un destino que ofrece para más días”.
