El Presidente Municipal (mayor) Mauricio Trejo spoke before Rotary on September 7 of last year, before assuming office. At that meeting he discussed his plans for improving security, dealing with water and infrastructure issues, as well as rebuilding the economy of San Miguel during the pandemic.

He promised that, when he was installed, he would return to talk about the progress he was making in those regards and the state of our city. He kept that promise on Tuesday, March 22.

It was a very hopeful speech, which Lokkal presents here with thanks to Rotary and without further comment.
